Dr Glenn Wallis – Principal

Glenn Wallis is one of the world’s very few Doctors of Coaching and Mentoring. As well as his Doctorate, Glenn has a Masters in Coaching and Mentoring Practice and is an Associate of the Institute for Coaching based at Harvard University Medical School.

Glenn believes passionately in the empirical and professional application of coaching, underpinned by nearly 20 years’ practical experience working with leaders at all levels within organisations.

Glenn’s pragmatic approach enables him to work across different cultures, including in fast-paced demanding environments, to deliver professional development and enduring outcomes for both leaders and their organisations.

The confidence and trust Glenn inspires have seen him become the coach of choice for many executives, leaders and organisations.

David Pilbeam MA – Consultant

David Pilbeam has a Masters in Coaching and Mentoring Practice together with a strong business background. As an Operations Director in the Leisure Sector, David was part of a four-person executive team that founded a business in 1993, selling it for £24m in 1999. David’s experience running this and other businesses, as well as his coaching qualifications, enable him to help leaders build on their strengths and achieve on-going success.

David has over 16 years’ experience specialising in leadership and performance coaching for individuals and teams and delivering organisational change projects. His style has been described as challenging, motivating and pragmatic. He uses a performance and strengths focussed approach in his work. He is naturally supportive and encouraging, but is never shy of asking the tough questions.

David has worked on projects in Asia, Africa and Europe that span cultures, industries and nationalities.

Sharon Davies MSc – Consultant

Sharon Davies has a Masters in Management and is a Change Management Specialist with extensive experience working primarily at board level.

For over 14 years, Sharon has brought a disciplined approach to managing change and is equally valued for her creativity and adaptability in planning and executing large scale change programmes. She has worked across a wide range of sectors including private (telecomms, transport, travel, insurance, BPO, financial services, engineering), public (education, central government, NHS) and charity. Her engagements span Leadership Development, Change Communications, Culture Change and Organisation Design and Effectiveness.

Sharon is passionate about supporting senior executives to develop home-grown, measurable change programmes that engage with all levels of their organisations.

Emily Das MSc – Consultant

Emily Das has a Masters in Human Resources, a degree in Business Studies and is a Henley Business School Accredited Coach. Emily is a Member of the CIPD and Human Resources Consultant specialising in coaching senior executives to fulfil their career potential.

Emily has worked in HR advisory roles for over 20 years, coaching directors and senior executives through substantial change programmes in private sector organisations, government departments, NHS Trusts and charities.

Emily’s style is open and engaging, allowing her to build a good foundation of trust with her clients, to gain the success they deserve. Many of Emily’s clients have expressed feeling empowered to build clear action plans, practical solutions, understanding how to overcome barriers preventing them from moving forward.

Tim Hewitt MSc – Consultant

Tim Hewitt has a Masters in Executive Coaching from Ashridge Business School, is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Development and Lead Mentor for the Ashridge Mentoring Team for Masters Undergraduates. He also holds a diploma in Performance Coaching.

Tim has spent over 18 years working in partnership with senior leaders and organisations to help them achieve success. His approach to coaching is relational and person-centred. Tim works hard to build on strengths, and to bring into awareness presenting behaviours so that deeper work can be undertaken. His focus is on supporting leaders to bring more of themselves and others into their roles.

Tim has worked with leaders with diverse backgrounds at all levels, in all size of organisations and in 18 countries worldwide.

Patrick Ballin MA – Consultant

Patrick Ballin has an MA in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge and is a Fellow of the RSA. He gained senior executive level experience at The Body Shop as Global Head of Supply Chain & Logistics Development and as a Trustee of their Foundation.

Patrick coaches, consults and develops the coaching capabilities of leaders in a wide range of international corporations. He also works as an executive coach and consultant with a particular focus on team effectiveness, interaction and collaboration, including board effectiveness, strategy development, team performance, leadership impact and career coaching.

Increasingly Patrick’s work takes him into organisations with a strong mission around social and environmental change. Patrick is a Visiting Lecturer on Specialist Masters Programmes at Brighton Business School and is a Master Coach for Belbin North America, running accreditation workshops in the UK and North America.
